RECRUITING FOR NOCTURAL ADORATION SOCIETY
DuringHis agony in the Garden of Gethsemane, Christ asked, “Could you not spend one hour with me?” You can answer this call by joining the Nocturnal Adoration Society. There are no meetings, no dues. Each member spends one hour once a month with the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. During this hour, thereis communal as well as individual prayer. Nocturnal Adoration starts at 10:00PM on the Thursday before each First Friday of the month and continues until 6:00AM on Friday morning. Each hour is covered by a group of adorers.There are 8 groups, and the hours are rotated each month; the group adoring from 10 to 11PM this month will advance to 11to 12AM next month, etc. In return for our generosity spent before the Blessed Sacrament, Christ showers us and our families with blessings beyond anything we can imagine.
